Every year OnePlus has something new up their sleeves. Since the beginning of time, we have continued to see OnePlus improve the software and hardware of their devices while maintaining affordable prices. How do they do it? We don’t know. However, OnePlus continues to give tech lovers hope that good phones will get cheaper.
Why OnePlus Is Dominating
OnePlus does an amazing job of packing their phone with top specs for an affordable price. Their current flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 6, demonstrates this well. In the OnePlus 6, you will find a 6.28 AMOLED display, Snapdragon 845 Qualcomm, 16/20 MP Dual Camera, up to 8 Gigs of ram, and 256 GB of storage. The OnePlus 6 sells at $529. You’re probably thinking that price is high, but if you compare it to its competitors such as the Google Pixel 2, Galaxy S9, and Red Hydrogen One, you’ll quickly see the HUGE price gap.
This year, OnePlus dropped the bomb that a red variant of the OnePlus 6 will be released on July 10th. In the US, the phone will be priced at $579.99. It will have all the same specs as the previous phones, but with the cherry red color everyone’s going crazy for. The phone will run on Oxygen OS and you can expect to see continuous updates.
Who Said Looks Doesn’t Matter?
The OnePlus looks astonishing with the all red exterior. It’s certainly better looking than the previous versions of the phone (in my honest opinion). The glossy finish from the cherry red stands out and is an attention grabber.
Also, the AMOLED screen allows the phone to look clear and crisp from any viewing angle. The attributes of the phone help make using cell phone monitoring software and listening to phone calls easier in your everyday life.
Cheers To The Future Of One Plus
OnePlus continues to show that great phones don’t have to be extremely expensive. As the prices of smartphones get more expensive, we hope to see OnePlus continue to make high-end smartphones for budget prices. What are you hoping to see next in their line of smartphones?
